(NEW YORK POST) When Monica Lewinsky was confronted by the FBI about her affair with then-President Bill Clinton in a mall food court on Jan. 16, 1998, the White House intern told an agent to “go f–k yourself.”
Lewinsky’s 12-hour session with authorities that began at the Pentagon Mall in Arlington, Va., and continued at the adjoining Ritz-Carlton, is detailed in the “Report of the Special Counsel Concerning Allegations of Professional Misconduct By the Office of Independent Counsel in Connection with the Encounter With Monica Lewinsky,” obtained by the Washington Post.
(The report — which was conducted two years after the encounter and long believed to be sealed under court order — presents comprehensive details of the exchange in 102 pages.)
