Talk about a non-issue [“Brand new call: No marriage licenses for anyone”]. The Knapps can simply change their status from a for-profit organization to a religious one, and they will not have to perform any odious gay marriages. Just as a lunch counter has to serve blacks, if you are providing public accommodation, you cannot discriminate. That is as American as apple pie. The law allows a religious exemption. Why would they not use it?
The Knapps have not been charged with anything. This is victimhood to the extreme. Again, just change your status to a religious organization, and it is not an issue, unless you really enjoy the publicity and phony martyrdom.
