How much would you bet that the same people outraged (one even sending a death threat) over the death of one spider, collected for study of biological diversity, wouldn't so much as bat an eye over the slaughter of 60 million American babies since Roe v. Wade (1973)? ["Scientist under fire for killing puppy-sized spider"] I'd bet the farm.
