(New York Post) The scholar who reached back into Jewish history to offer a Talmudic defense of Bill Clinton during the Monica Lewinsky scandal in 1999 is now condemning his conduct as “wrong” and “inexcusable.”
As The Post exclusively revealed last week, a top aide to then-first lady Hillary Clinton forwarded the elaborate kosher sex defense to Sidney Blumenthal, a top fixer for President Clinton, during the height of the scandal.
The document was part of a trove of 10,000 documents at the Clinton Library released last Friday by the National Archives.
