(Seattle Post-Intelligencer) After being arrested by Kirkland police Wednesday for investigation of child porn possession, a 72-year-old teacher told police he seeks out images of child incest and had touched children in the past.
The man teaches elementary-aged children in the Northshore School District, which covers portions of north King County and south Snohomish County, including Bothell. He told police that, even through a 45-year teaching career, he’d been fascinated with child porn his whole life.
The investigation into the man was initiated after he dropped off his desktop computer at @TD Curran in Kirkland to be repaired on Oct. 3, according to the affidavit. The man signed a work order granting the business full access to his computer.
