MIAMI (CBS Tampa/AP) — Former Gov. Charlie Crist’s campaign filed an emergency motion to extend voting by two hours in Broward County due to voter confusion and malfunctions but a judge has denied that injunction.
A judge denied the injunction to extend the Broward County voting hours. Crist’s campaign will not appeal.
According to the motion, one polling station was offline for more than an hour as people tried to cast ballots before work.
