(PageSix) Elisabeth Hasselbeck had a tumor removed from her abdomen after doctors feared it might be cancerous.
Returning Friday to her gig at “Fox & Friends” after a nearly month-long hiatus, Hasselbeck revealed to viewers, “I had a bit of a scare.”
“I had a tumor in my abdomen,” the 37-year-old said. “Doctor said, ‘Look, you’ve got to get it out by the end of the month. We don’t like how it looks.’ I was facing something that potentially could have gone either way.”
Hasselbeck temporarily left the morning show in mid-October, citing surgery, but didn’t reveal further details about the procedure.
