(NEW YORK POST) Philae has landed on Comet 67P!

The European Space Agency received a signal from the 220-pound Philae after it touched down on the icy surface — the first spacecraft to have landed on a comet.

Flight director Andrea Accomazzo said: “We definitely confirm that the lander is on the surface.”

The spacecraft tweeted: “Touchdown! My new address: 67P!”
