Upon hearing about the firestorm over allegations that Bill Cosby is a serial rapist, I instinctively knew the story was an attempt to silence Cosby and revenge against him for telling blacks to get their act together, pull their pants up, stop killing each other, speak English and so on.
Sure enough, I was right. Black comedian Hannibal Buress, during his stand-up comedy act, called Cosby a serial rapist based on 10-year-old allegations for which Cosby was never legally charged. Why would this young black male display such disdain and seek to destroy Cosby? Mr. Buress boldly proclaimed, “… Bill Cosby has the f–-ing smuggest old black man public persona that I hate.” Buress also ranted about Cosby telling black people to pull their pants up and Cosby’s “f–-king Teflon image.”
Do you see the low-rent ghetto mindset we are dealing with, folks? Mr. Buress admitted that his reason for going after Cosby was not a noble concern for women. This black man wants to bring down Cosby for challenging fellow blacks to come up higher, be all they can be and stop self-destructive behavior. With friends like Hannibal Buress, black America needs no enemies.
Sadly, there are impressionable black youths who will think it is cool and racially loyal to embrace Buress’ idiotic rantings. I imagine young Buress fans saying, “Yeah homes, screw Cosby! We be doin’ just fine up in the hood, doin’ the duck waddle walk with our pants down below our butts. We ain’t learnin’ no white man’s English. Who do that Uncle Tom old fart think he is tellin’ us what to do?”
As black America burns, fueled by ignorance, violence and moral decline, it is truly unfortunate that liberals seek to destroy anyone attempting to put out the flames. God help us.
An elderly black relative of mine said she agrees with Cosby, but wished he did not “say it in front of white people”; akin to putting private family business into the street. Cosby publicly chiding blacks embarrassed her.
While Cosby appearances are being canceled, Buress is enjoying newfound celebrity, a viral video and so on, rewarded for his black-on-black crime. Lord knows black youths need positive black male role models, so there’s something evil and perverse about Mr. Buress’ desire to nuke Cosby’s image as America’s most popular dad – very much in keeping with liberals’ war on wholesomeness, God and the traditional family. Remember, Buress admitted that his sole propose is to inspire the public to view Cosby negatively.
And what is Cosby’s crime that so infuriates Mr. Burness and his liberal ilk? Cosby attempting to help fellow blacks via tough love. Liberals are notorious for preaching to the successful that they must “give back” to the community. Cosby is 77 years old and a ga-zillionaire. Rather than quietly enjoying his golden years, the man is displaying great compassion, traveling the country preaching a positive self-empowering message to his fellow blacks. Cosby is “giving back.” And for that, Cosby is hated by Buress and assorted leftists who are hellbent on silencing and destroying him. Lord, deliver us from evil.
Leftists who share Mr. Buress’ hatred for Cosby love to blame everything that is stifling black progress in America on whitey and Republicans. The truth is liberals who think like Hannibal Buress are the greatest stumbling blocks, stopping blacks from enjoying and exploiting the tremendous blessing of living in America.
The bigotry of lowered expectation of which Buress appears to be a fan continues to devastate the black community. And yet, his career star is rising due to his efforts to topple a national positive black icon who respects blacks enough to expect more of them.
We are living in very strange times. Liberals and the mainstream media celebrate black ignorance and immoral behavior, while persecuting and accusing intelligent blacks who are actively pursuing their American dreams.
A few examples: Black Superbowl winning quarterback Russell Wilson has been called “not black enough” because he is too well-spoken. Washington Redskins black quarterback Robert Griffin III has been called a “cornball brother” because he does not have a I-come-from-the-hood persona. Black actress Stacy Dash has been vilified for refusing to be a Democratic Party plantation slave girl. Dash voted for Mitt Romney, a Republican.
Meanwhile, former CNN host Piers Morgan insultingly pandered to black ignorance by calling Rachel Jeantel “one smart cookie.” Ms. Jeantel, in testifying during the trial of George Zimmerman, spoke a weird urban ghetto language, a 19-year-old still in high school. In essence, Morgan celebrated her as a great representative for black America. No disrespect or malice against Ms. Jeantel, but this is what liberals think qualifies as authentic blackness in America, which illustrates their bigotry of lowered black expectations. Articulate English-speaking blacks are accused of trying to be white.
Mr. Buress, Bill Cosby is neither black America’s problem nor enemy. You are.
