(SILICONBEAT) — With perks aplenty, excellent pay and opportunities galore, Google has been crowned the No. 1 U.S. workplace in this year’s Glassdoor list of the 50 Best Places to Work.
What’s more, says an anonymous Google employee, “the company attracts some of the best talent and best people to work with in the world, which is the most important bit.”
The Mountain View company, which is among the 14 tech companies on the list, climbed seven spots from last year’s No. 8 ranking. It got a 4.5 out of 5 rating in the employee-driven survey, which is being published for the seventh year. Google has earned a spot on the list all seven years.
