It’s bad enough that the Obama administration has made a mockery out of border security, but this latest revelation truly puts the nail in the coffin of America’s security. The State Department admitted in a hearing on ISIS that they haven’t really taken any measures to control the U.S. citizens who have enlisted to join the fight with our enemy. They haven’t even taken the simple step of revoking the passports of these evil individuals.
“As Secretary Kerry said, he does have the authority to revoke passports,” explained State Department adviser Robert Bradtke. “And this is something we would only do in relatively rare and unique circumstances because of the importance for average Americans [to] have the freedom to travel.”
