(NEW YORK POST) A Queens principal sexually harassed a lesbian science teacher and berated another underling for getting pregnant, according to a pair of Brooklyn federal lawsuits filed against him Tuesday.
John Bowne High School principal Howard Kwait’s alleged boorish behavior became so unbearable that his accusers, Marie Catenacci and Sally Maya, both quit their positions after long careers as city teachers.
Catenacci alleges in her suit that Kwait implored her to go home with him after a boozy retirement party for a colleague and abruptly straddled her at another school function.
