(Medford Mail-Tribune) A former youth pastor is suspected of invading a woman's privacy and burglarizing his former employer, according to Medford police.
Donald Courtney Biggs, 36, of the 200 block of Cottage Street, Jacksonville, was arrested on two charges of privacy invasion and one charge of second-degree burglary. He is lodged at Jackson County Jail on $1,025,000 bail.
According to a police news release, Medford police began investigating Biggs on Nov. 29, after he was suspected of engaging in inappropriate texting with a 14-year-old female. Biggs was employed as an administrative pastor at Mountain Church at 1 East Main Street in Medford, and oversaw the church's youth program, according to police reports. The release states Biggs knew the juvenile through his work in the youth program.
