GOP dogs

By WND Staff

In light of the many Republican betrayals of political promises to their constituents and the most recent arrogant snub of their constituents’ desires with respect to the choice of speaker of the House, I am withdrawing my membership and will align with the Constitution Party.

I humbly and strongly suggest that the balance of the 60 percent of the Republican membership that was also condescendingly ignored do the same.

We have tried reforming the GOP and certainly supporting the party, but its goals and agendas are not those of its membership or of the nation.

Einstein said that to do the same thing over and over again expecting a different result is insanity. The Republicans have no intention of repealing Obamacare, addressing illegal immigration or the multitude of budget issues. We have tried to support candidates within the party that will, but eventually the party turns them from their original purpose.

Let us leave the dogs to their vomit and put our efforts elsewhere. If the 60 percent will uniformly join the Constitution Party, we have roughly 16 months to prepare a slate of candidates that can replace the betrayers.
