(Star-Ledger) A Passaic County grand jury has decided not to indict five William Paterson University students accused of raping and kidnapping another student on campus, officials said Thursday.
The five students — Darius Singleton, Termaine Scott, Garrett Collick, Jahmel Latimer and Noah Williams, all 18 — no longer face charges after the grand jury’s decision, which was first reported by NorthJersey.com Thursday afternoon.

"The case was investigated and then presented to the grand jury, but the grand jurors declined to indict and entered a no bill," Chief Assistant Passaic County Prosecutor Lisa Squitieri confirmed in an email to NJ Advance Media.
