(KHOU-TV) The Crandall family took a Christmas Card photo on the steps of the Denton County Courthouse featuring well over a dozen smiling faces in the extended family. The morning after Christmas, however, Spencer Crandall was shot dead on his neighbor's porch.
Only Spencer, 31, knew why he came knocking and ringing the doorbell at 4 a.m. And maybe he didn't know either.
"He had been sleepwalking," his brother told News 8.
