(KSHB-TV) JONSON COUNTY, Kan. – Four suspects accused of killing a Shawnee gun store owner during an attempted robbery have been charged with murder.
Officials said Hakeem Malik, Nicquan Midgyett, DeAnthony Wiley and Londro Patterson III have each been charged with first-degree murder in the death of Jon Bieker, the co-owner of the gun store She’s A Pistol in Shawnee.
Midgyett, Wiley and Patterson were injured after police said they and Malik attempted to rob the gun store on Friday, and the three remain under police guards at area hospitals. Malik was not injured and is currently in jail.
