(FOX NEWS) A huge brawl broke out at a St. Louis City Hall meeting aimed at improving relations between citizens and police officers following the Ferguson unrest.
Citizens were meeting to discuss creating a civilian review board to have more of a direct point of contact with the St. Louis police. But when police officers spoke out against the proposal, the audience began to grow restless.
KMOV reported that the fight started between business manager of the St. Louis Police Officers Association, Jeff Roorda, and 18th Ward Alderman Terry Kennedy.
