Dr. Ben Carson,
I disagree with your commentary on vaccinations. No person should be coerced into receiving a vaccine, especially with the abomination of what's in them continues. I visit the WND.com site almost daily, and it is here where I learned about MRC5. Your comment:
"One must understand that there is no specific antiviral therapy for measles and that 90 percent of those who are not vaccinated will contract measles if they are indeed exposed to the virus."

OK, let's assume you comment is factual.
I was infected with the measles virus when I was a young child, and I survived. How many people have died from getting measles in the 20th century USA prior to there being a vaccine?

How many in the USA have died since the MMR vaccine became common?
How many casualties (autism, infant death, etc.) have there been since the beginning of the vaccination program against MMR? I believe that autism is on the rise as a result of vaccination, so in my mind, the science is far from being settled.

What does the vaccine insert say about the potential side effects?
If a vaccinated individual is immune (bulletproof) to the measles virus, what risk is there to that individual if another chooses not to be vaccinated?
Are there cases where fully vaccinated people actually ended up getting infected?
Who is a threat to whom? I suspect that vaccinated people (they often receive a live virus) are capable of spread diseases to the unvaccinated.
Do we know for certain that vaccines trigger the exact same immune responses within the body when compared to getting infected the old-fashioned way?

There are plenty of public-health warnings suggesting that the masses should get vaccinated. Do warnings exist for those who choose not to?
