(KSDK) — ST. LOUIS - A St. Louis city high school is one of the first in the nation to have a new kind of security.
Facial recognition cameras scan people's faces as they try to get in the building. If you are not in their system, you can't get in.
The cameras are going in at St. Mary's High School in south city.

They've been here for just over a week now and most everyone that has to walk through these doors have had their face scanned and now in the system. That includes students, faculty and staff and even first responders.
