(LATIMES) — Actor Windell Middlebrooks, best known as the no-nonsense Miller High Life delivery man in TV commercials, has died, his manager confirmed. He was 36.
Middlebrooks died suddenly Monday morning in Los Angeles, said Steve Ivey, Middlebrooks' manager.
“He was a wonderful actor, a brilliant human being and an even better friend,” Ivey said. “I, along with everyone else whose lives he touched, will miss him more than words can possibly say.”

The cause of death was not released.
