Joseph,
As I read your article this afternoon, I was wondering about the intention of your piece ["Who would oppose Obama 3rd term?"].
If you're intention was to try to wake up the slumbering Republican Party, I commend your effort. Whether anyone on the establishment side of the party would react to your very appropriate scenario is the real question. Are you trying to stir up or frighten "the powers that be" to reflect on the possibility of Obama staying in office beyond his second term? I would hope they'd at least take a step back and consider what you're saying. The Republicans are quite silent on a number of his recent executive actions, and they attack anyone on the opposing point of view within their own party. The heads of the party are simply showing no backbone or opposition to what Obama is doing to destroy our republic!

Mostly what I'm hearing is that neither side of the aisle can be trusted anymore. They will say and do anything to maintain the status quo and keep their Cadillac benefits plans intact. Pensions are ridiculously overblown for life after one term!
So, where are we if no one listens to your question and simply sleeps through the end of our nation via Obama's headlong rush to complete his "transformation" of America? I find it hard to believe that there aren't enough patriots in this country to bring about some sort of conversation that could lead to impeachment proceedings or a coup led by our great military leaders no longer in a position to protect our country.
