President Obama's poll numbers may be falling flat in America, but sail across the waters into Cuba and he's quite the Big Man on Campus.
A Univision/Fusion poll just released shows Obama with an 80 percent favorability rating in Cuba, compared to 44 percent for Cuban president Raul Castro.

Gallup's most recent numbers, meanwhile, show Obama's favorability among his American constituents stands at 47 percent. Rasmussen's daily presidential tracking poll finds the same – only 47 percent of Americans approve of Obama's job performance.
Specifically, the Univision poll registered 8 percent of respondents with a "very positive opinion" of Castro, and 39 percent with a "somewhat of a positive opinion." Conversely, 34 percent gave Obama a "very positive opinion" and another 46 percent, a "somewhat of a positive opinion."
The poll was conducted by Bendixen & Amandi, a Miami-based research company, and has a margin of error of 2.8 percent.
