(CLEVELAND) — CLEVELAND, Ohio — Two East Technical High School students were arrested in March, accused of raping a student inside the school as classes let out.
One of the suspects, a 16-year-old junior, is on GPS-monitored home detention and is scheduled to appear in Cuyahoga County Juvenile Court May 12 to face kidnapping and rape charges, according to a court spokeswoman.
The other student, an 18-year-old man, has not yet been charged, according to court records.
