(NEW YORK DAILY NEWS) A Florida couple accused of having sex on a beach in front of children was convicted Monday after a jury saw raunchy video evidence of the two getting it on in broad daylight.
Elissa Alvarez, 20, and her partner Jose Caballero, 40, face up to 15 years in prison for the lewd love-making session last July on the public Bradenton Beach.
The two were spotted by horrified witnesses, including a 3-year-old girl. At least one bystander captured the racy romp on video, while another called the cops.
