(SUN-SENTINEL) — WEST PALM BEACH — If Jim Webb runs for president, don't expect a warm and cuddly candidate. Don't expect easy-to-digest sound bites. And don't expect typical Democratic talking points.

Webb, a former Virginia senator, spoke Monday to about 400 people at the Forum Club of the Palm Beaches, which attracts political, legal, business and government movers and shakers to its luncheons.
