The left-leaning New York Times has cast aside partisanship to go on the attack against the Democratic Party’s only declared White House candidate, Hillary Clinton, characterizing her failure to take many questions on the campaign trail as unsatisfactory.
The paper’s writer Amy Chozick posted a blog of questions she would have asked Clinton, if only given the chance.
And it’s only the first of many like posts to come.
“Since she declared her candidacy on April 12, Hillary Rodham Clinton has answered just seven questions from reporters,” the opener reads. “This is the first installment of a regular First Draft feature in which The Times will publish questions we would have asked Mrs. Clinton had we had the opportunity.”
One of her questions?
She wrote: “President Obama said his executive action on immigration went as far as the law will allow. You say you would go beyond what he did. How could you stretch the law further than the president of your own party and his Justice Department says it can go?”
