(NEWSNET5) — DOYLESTOWN, Ohio - A Wayne County high school assistant principal is charged with sexual battery after police say he had sexual relations with a female student.
According to the Doylestown police chief, Chippewa High School assistant principal Matthew Hathaway, 28, was arrested in Doylestown around 3 p.m. Monday after being indicted.
Hathaway was taken to the Wayne County Jail on three counts of sexual battery. He was released from jail after posting bond and is due in court on July 8.
