HSBC fired six of its employees after discovering they produced and played in a mock ISIS execution, then distributed the video among colleagues to boost their morale.

The Sun reported the footage was also posted online.

The video shows five men with faces covered laughing and joking while standing behind one of their colleagues – identified as a South Asian man – who is dressed in orange coveralls and posed in a kneeling position.

One of the men then brandishes a coat hanger as a knife; another grasps the man in an orange jumpsuit by his shoulders, the Associated Press reported. Someone then yells, “Allahu Akbar,” the Arabic phrase for “God is great.”

HSBC apologized for the employees’ behavior and said in a tweet: “Once we saw this abhorrent video released by @TheSun we took the decision to sack the individuals involved. We apologize for any offence.”

The Sun reported that the video was filmed as part of a team-building exercise. It said that it believed the six were part of a legal team based in Birmingham, England.
