Why are you blaming the eroding of marriage, free speech or any issue on the judges? The courts have made law because those who were elected to make law – like Ted Cruz who, like you, criticizes the courts – allowed the judges to get away with it. The dereliction of the Congress is the problem. You should be yelling at Congress for not doing their job. Joseph, when you blame the courts you contribute to the reprobation.
