Donald Trump, the billionaire businessman not known for softball tactics, put his win-at-all-costs attitude on display Tuesday when he "let slip" the personal and private cell-phone number of fellow presidential contender, Sen. Lindsey Graham.
Trump read the number during a televised campaign speech in South Carolina, and it didn't take long before those in the know confirmed the cell contact was genuine.

"@CBSNews can confirm that the number Trump just read out on stage in South Carolina is Lindsey Graham's cell number," DJ Judd tweeted.

Newsweek tried the number and was forwarded to a voice-mail service that claimed Graham was not available.
Trump began his attack on Graham by calling him a “lightweight” and an “idiot.”

“He doesn’t seem like a very bright guy. He actually probably seems to me not as bright as Rick Perry. I think Rick Perry probably is smarter than Lindsey Graham,” Trump added.
Trump said Graham called him years ago “begging” him for a good reference with Trump’s pals on the Fox News morning program “Fox & Friends.”
Trump then recited the phone number, telling his supporters “try it.”
The rock song "We're Not Gonna Take It" by Twisted Sister blared as Trump exited the stage following the speech.

Graham had just hours before chided Trump on "CBS This Morning" for "being a jackass." Those comments came in context of discussing Trump's remarks about Sen. John McCain, in which he said he preferred as heroes "people that weren't captured" in Vietnam.
Graham's campaign manager took to Twitter to blast Trump for giving out the phone number.
Trump “continues to show hourly that he is ill-prepared to be commander in chief,” tweeted Christian Ferry.
“Because of Trump’s bombastic and ridiculous campaign, we aren’t talking about [President] Obama’s horrible deal with Iran or Hillary Clinton’s plans to continue Obama’s failed national security agenda,” Ferry stated.
