(MEDIAITE) Kim Howe, the woman who died in the multi-car accident in which Caitlyn Jenner was involved in back in February, is at the center of a new lawsuit.
According to TMZ, Howe’s estate is being sued for $18.5 million by the five occupants of the Hummer that ultimately killed her. They allege that her negligence caused the accident, in which Howe’s Lexus was sent into oncoming traffic, in front of the Hummer, after being rear-ended by Jenner’s vehicle.
This all sounds really weird, to be sure, but the report suggests that the Hummer’s five occupants will also be filing a lawsuit against Jenner in the near future.
