The Hillary Clinton campaign has put out an ad seeking free intern labor.

Hillary Clinton, leading Democratic Party contender for the White House, has a campaign ad that calls for more interns to help her win – but the caveat is this: They must work for free.

The upside is they get free coffee, though, the Daily Caller reported.

In a tweet, @HillaryClinton wrote: “Interning at #Hillary2016 HQ in NYC: Free coffee. Great views. The chance to make history.”

Another line includes a link to “apply today,” the Daily Caller reported. And once taken to the link, a brief message reads: “HFA is an unpaid internship program.”

Other political campaigns don’t pay interns, either. But Clinton’s ad comes on the heels of her press for a 10-year, $350 billion plan to ease the burden of college student debt – and includes the caveat in the application that “qualified applicants must currently be enrolled in college, be working towards a graduate degree, or have recently graduated while planning to work towards a graduate degree,” the Daily Caller found.

The Clinton campaign was already dinged by one college graduate who expressed initial excitement at working for the campaign – but that excitement soon turned sour after she realized the position was unpaid. So she took to USA Today to opine her displeasure at the no-pay position.

“Hillary,” wrote Carolyn Ororio, in the USA Today piece, “I ask you to question your role in this exploitative system. My generation is in trouble. Young people today are put in the impossible position of trading their self-worth just to survive.”
