(SUN-SENTINEL) — Operating out of the Plastic Surgery Art Centre in Boynton Beach years ago, Mark Schreiber touted the "artistic focus" of his medical practice, a result of "extensive training in both art and medicine.
"He is known for his talented artistic surgical ability and expertise in handling difficult cases," his website once said.
Now, in the latest turn in a troubled career, the Tamarac resident who lost his license to practice medicine seven years ago has been charged in connection with a botched surgery that left a man with a deformed, one-inch-long penis and unable to have sex.
