In regard to Frank Luntz’ tirade: It seems to me that the birth of this country came when people finally reached their limit of tolerance for the steady diet of crap being fed to them by the “ruling class.” What many are calling a “dangerous climate” I call stirrings of revolution. It’s about time.
As Thomas Jefferson said: “The tree of liberty must be refreshed from time to time with the blood of patriots and tyrants.” Well, we’ve seen a lot of blood shed by our patriots – it is past time to see the shedding of the political blood of the establishment tyrants.
If Frank Luntz considers supporting candidates outside the accepted beltway as a fool’s F-you, then he needs a lesson in American history. People are looking at candidates like Trump, Carson, Cruz and Fiorina because they see a need for common-sense answers, proven performance, unfiltered straight talk and, above all, a respect and love for this country. People are tired of the self-serving politicos and business-as-usual government.
