Less than three weeks after she ran away, Rosie O’Donnell’s adopted daughter Chelsea has bolted again.
“Chelsea made a decision when she turned 18 that she wanted to go to her birth mother,” said O’Donnell spokeswoman Cindi Berger. “This was her choice.”
