(NEW YORK DAILY NEWS) A TSA security officer at LaGuardia Airport was busted for molesting a 21-year-old tourist from Utah after luring her into a bathroom under the pretense that she needed to be searched, authorities said Friday.
Maxie Oquendo, 40, was arrested Thursday by Port Authority Police Department detectives and was charged with unlawful imprisonment, official misconduct, sexual abuse and harassment.
Oquendo, who joined the Transportation Security Administration in 2002, was immediately fired.
