The video spans ten minutes and quotes the now-deceased Osama bin Laden pressing followers of Islam to rise up against America.

The U.K. Daily Mail reported the ISIS video was released on social media just a day after Ayman al-Zawahiri, the current chief of al-Qaida, called out ISIS for blasphemy, as WND reported. At the same time, al-Zawahiri also vowed al-Qaida and ISIS would fight together against the common enemy of America and Israel.
