Bill Kristol, Washington, D.C., political pundit and insider, sent out a tweet early Tuesday morning that ratchets up talk about a Joe Biden presidential run even further, saying the vice president will be confirming to President Obama today he is seeking the high office.
The information jibes with what a source exclusively told WND about Biden on Monday – that he was indeed running for the presidency and that his delay in announcing was simply due to desire to make sure donors were on board.

Then, the source, who had just returned from a trip with Biden's son, Joseph Hunter, said the vice president was going to announce his run within 48 hours. That would have put it right before the time Hillary Clinton is due to testify on Capitol Hill about Benghazi.

On Tuesday, this same source doubled down on the previously reported information, saying Biden is going to run and is going to "do the right thing" by announcing his candidacy before Clinton's testimony before Congress. The delay, once again the source said, is because Biden was seeking top donors to support him and he wanted to ensure he had enough financial backing to actually go through with the White House fight against the well-funded Clinton.
Other signs of a Biden run persist.

Kristol's tweet Tuesday morning, as reported by WND, stated: "Biden confirms to Obama at lunch today he's running, announces at U. Delaware tomorrow. You can feel the Joementum!"
The tweet, sent around 10:30 a.m., didn't make clear if Biden had already confirmed that fact to Obama at an early lunch, or if Biden was due to confirm that run to Obama at a looming lunch hour.
But the message adds to this, from a CNN headline: "Joe Biden gauging politics, staffing for 2016 run."
The news outlet went on to say Biden's supporters and colleagues are actually scheduling interviews for potential campaign staffers for the vice president.

CNN said Biden met with top political insiders and advisers Monday night, the same group with whom he huddled twice last week.
"Also last week, Biden made calls throughout the week to ask Democratic operatives and officials to work for him if he does enter the 2016 race," people familiar with the political talk told CNN.
Other recent signs of a Biden run for the high office: As reported by WND, Rep. Brendan Boyle, D-Pa., tweeted on Monday: "I have a very good source close to Joe that tells me VP Biden will run for Prez."
Just minutes before, Boyle had reminded Twitter followers Bill Clinton hadn't officially announced a run for the White House in 1992 until October, an apparent message to those who think Biden won't run because it's too late in the political season.

Various other media, from Ed Henry with Fox News – who tweeted Monday three sources told him Biden was definitely running – to NBC News, confirmed hearing from insiders and political operatives the vice president was going to jump in the race. Most said his announcement would come before Thursday; a couple suggested he would wait until this weekend, when he's due to speak at an event in Iowa.
