(NEW YORK DAILY NEWS) A South Carolina cop will not face state criminal charges for killing an unarmed teenager during an attempted drug sting in a Hardee’s parking lot.
Police released dramatic dash cam video showing Seneca Officer Mark Tiller shoot and kill 19-year-old Zachary Hammond Tuesday, the same day South Carolina Solicitor Chrissy Adams announced the state would not file charges against the cop.
The U.S. Department of Justice is still investigating the case, and federal authorities could file charges against Tiller.
