(WTSP) Washington State Patrol tweeted that a trooper caught a carpool lane violator near Tacoma on Tuesday using a "zombie baby" as a decoy.
Troopers pulled over a motorist who had the toy doll in the passenger seat of his vehicle – wearing its seatbelt—complete with a beanie, pajamas and a face that only a diabolical killer clown could love.
