Hillary Clinton's campaign was called out on Twitter for wrongfully claiming endorsements from individuals who've either not yet decided, or who say: I'm actually a Joe Biden supporter.

As Mediaite reported, the Clinton camp released a list of endorsements, including several current and former black mayors. But some have come forward to make clear they've not yet given her campaign the official thumbs-up. And at least one has said he never will.
Dennis Williams, the mayor of Wilmington, Delaware, where Biden grew up, sent out this tweet after finding his name on the Clinton list: "Incorrect info about an endorsement, I've known @VP Biden since I was 12 yrs old, if he chooses to run, He will receive my support!"

Williams also later retweeted this message, from Anthony S. Goode: "@VP Biden served DE for years. our respect & admiration for Biden is earned! I respect @HillaryClinton but will support Joe if he runs."

Also incorrectly listed were San Antonio Mayor Ivy Taylor and Bexar County Commissioner Tommy Calvert, both from Texas. The New York Times reported Clinton actually met with Taylor, after which one unnamed source told the paper Taylor would "help the campaign however she could."
But that wasn't supposed to be taken as an official endorsement, Mediaite reported. Apparently, Taylor has also huddled with Republican presidential candidate Carly Fiorina, and doesn't intend to endorse anybody.
Calvert, meanwhile, had attended a debate party organized for Clinton, during which he spoke kindly of the candidate.
But he said, Mediaite reported: "While I appreciate her service and her candidacy, I have not endorsed anyone in the presidential election."
