ISIS boy taunts Obama to submit to Islam

A little ISIS child about 10 years old, decked in jihadi fatigues and donning a rocket-propelled grenade launcher, sent a chilling message to President Obama via video, threatening in a boyish voice to behead the leader of the free world whom he dubbed the "Dog of Rome."

The unnamed boy, estimated to be 10, said Obama is "dreaming" if he's under the impression U.S. soldiers can stop ISIS. And pointing to the sky with one finger, a now-recognized sign of ISIS, the boy then warns: "Wake up from your sleep and pay the jiz yah [religious tax] in submission before the swords of the [caliphate] reach you and cut your filthy head," the Daily Mail reported.

The little boy refers to Obama as the "Dog of Rome," and wraps with an image of a motorboat speeding through water.

Russia has been unleashing airstrikes over Syria in recent days, ostensibly to take out ISIS. Obama, meanwhile, gave the OK a couple days ago to send in more supplies to Syrian Kurds so they can fight off ISIS and strengthen Syria's borders, CNN reported. Obama has also issued statements of support for Russia's aggression.

In a recent meeting of the National Security Council, one official said: "President Obama was clear that we intend to continue our efforts to degrade and ultimately destroy [ISIS] in Syria and to keep supporting the moderate Syrian opposition," CNN said.
