A source who reportedly just came back from travels with Joe Biden's son, Joseph Hunter, told WND the vice president will make an announcement about his presidential aspirations in the next 48 hours – and it will be in the affirmative.
Biden's delay, the source also said, was due to his reach-out to top Democrat donors who've not yet committed to Hillary Clinton's campaign. Biden reportedly wants to be able to boast significant top-dollar donor support at the time he makes his announcement.

Media scrutiny on Monday all pointed to the same conclusion – that Biden would indeed run. Twitter even buzzed with the hashtag #BidenWatch.

And one Capitol Hill congressman may have let the cat out of the bag, anyway.
Rep. Brendan Boyle, D-Pa., said in a Twitter message he knows Joe Biden will be announcing a run for the White House.

"I have a very good source close to Joe that tells me VP Biden will run for Prez," he tweeted.
Just minutes before that, Boyle reminded followers in another tweet that Bill Clinton hadn't launched his own run for the high office in 1992 until October – a seeming response to those on the naysayer side who think Biden won't run because time is ticking away.
Biden helped fuel media speculation on Monday by drawing a distinction between himself and Hillary Clinton during the White House Summit on Climate Change.
The vice president said he did not "consider Republicans enemies," and then went on to talk about his "friend" California Rep. Darrell Issa, Business Insider reported.

During Oct. 13's Democratic debate from the Wynn hotel and casino in Las Vegas, Nevada, Clinton said she was proud to call Republicans her enemies.
"Well, in addition to the NRA, the drug companies, the insurance companies, the Iranians, probably the Republicans," Clinton told CNN debate moderator Anderson Cooper.
Biden skipped out on the first Democratic Party debate a week ago, despite the fact host network CNN had left open a podium for him to join the stage, even in the final hours.

Biden's associates are setting up interviews for potential staff positions on a Biden presidential campaign, a source familiar with the process told CNN.
NBC News reports Biden is expected to make a decision about whether he will enter the presidential race within 48 hours.
Fox News chief White House correspondent Ed Henry said he had three sources saying Biden is expected to run, but all were "urging caution" on the 48-hour deadline.
Biden spoke with International Association of Fire Fighters President Harold Schaitberger on Friday and was trying to gauge the support of unions, a source told NBC.
He traveled from his home in Delaware to Washington Monday morning where he will address a climate change summit.
