The St. Louis-based publisher of the book, Wayne Bell, argues that it contains nothing but factual pictures, and is meant to educate children about radical Islam and the atrocities committed by ISIS.
"If people want to call it propaganda, that's their choice," he said.

For instance, the book contains pictures of terrorists throwing acid on a woman, a Christian being crucified and the Jordanian pilot who was burned alive earlier this year by ISIS.
