And orders to ride his bike 13 miles through the Colorado winter whenever he needs to submit urine samples to authorities to prove he's not on the sauce again.
The report comes from Denver's Westword weekly.
TRENDING: The coup is failing
The publication posted online the silent video of the antics of former Snowmass Village councilman Chris Jacobson following his bust for driving under the influence last summer.
The publication described it as "a rubber-wall ripping, bolted-chair damaging frenzy."

He shortly later lost the municipality's first-ever recall election 623-59.
Then he pleaded guilty to criminal mischief and drunken driving.
He slaps walls, windows and doors, throws a mattress and urinates on the floor (that's not in the video).

Later, he's strapped in chair.
The report said his damages to the chair, wall, lights and more totaled $13,248.30.
Plus $450 for interest.

And his sentencing, where he could get anywhere from 10 days to 18 months in jail, will be in January.
The report continued, "In the meantime, Jacobson is required to take part in regular urine testing to prove that he's staying off the sauce – and because he isn't allowed to drive, he has to ride his bike 13 miles from his current home in Paonia to Hotchkiss to submit his sample. According to the [Aspen] Times, Jacobson asked the judge for a break from this chore during the winter. The judge wouldn't go for that, but he did direct Jacobson's case manager 'to be flexible in ordering the tests depending on the weather.'"
Based on recall results, there wouldn't be many willing to give him a ride, but that issue wasn't addressed directly.
