Police arrested a 15-year-old girl for terror charges.
A Denmark girl, age 15, who recently converted to Islam was arrested and charged in court with possession of explosives and sanctioning terrorism, Denmark's TV2 reported.
Her name wasn't released and media stations weren't allowed in the courtroom, where she just made her first appearance. But International Business Times, citing Denmark's TV2, said the girl was charged under local anti-terror laws.

Investigators said she belonged to a Facebook page for the group Hizb ut-Tahrir, a radical organization that seeks to set up a global caliphate that uses Sharia law. In 2015, this group pressed Muslims around the world to boycott elections, saying they were "incompatible" with Islam, International Business Times reported.

The group also slammed initiatives used by law enforcement and counter-terrorism specialists to de-radicalize young people, saying it's not these youths who need to change, but rather the "sad Western culture," the news organization said.
A spokesman for the Danish wing of the group was also charged with distributing anti-semetic documents in Copenhagen in 2006 that referred to suicide bombings in Israel as "legitimate" actions that led to martyrdom.
