(DAILYMAIL) — Former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton is trying a new strategy in her front-running bid for the Democratic presidential nomination, telling voters in Iowa that she plans to simply ignore her Republican front-runner counterpart.
At a question-and-answer session at an event in Cedar Rapids, Clinton was asked about the New York billionaire's claim over the weekend that she and President Barack Obama were responsible for the rise of the Islamic State terror army through their mismanagement of the Mideast.
'I've adopted a New Year's resolution,' Clinton said in response. 'I'm going to let him live in his alternate reality. I'm not going to respond.
