(FOX NEWS) The largest lottery jackpot in American history has at least three winners, with tickets earning a piece of the $1.6 billion Powerball prize sold in California, Tennessee and Florida.
The winning numbers were 4-8-19-27-34 and Powerball 10. According to the Powerball website, players in Arizona, California, Connecticut, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Indiana, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Massachusetts, Maryland, Michigan, New Jersey, New York, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, Texas, Viriginia, Washington and West Virgina earned $1 million by matching the five winning numbers, though they failed to pick the Powerball.
Players in Arizona, Florida, Iowa, North Carolina, New Jersey, Tennessee and Texas earned $2 million by matching the winning numbers and selecting the Power Play option on their ticket.
