(EXPRESS) — A COMMERCIALLY available test for the mosquito-borne virus could be a matter of weeks away, say World Health Organization.
The WHO have said a test for Zika virus - which has the potential to go on sale to the public - could be just weeks away.
Currently, 10 biotech companies and 10 other companies are at various stages of developing a test for the virus which is currently sweeping its way through the Americas.
